At 8:30am on Saturday morning, this dude was “walking” his dog around Prospect Park. You have to be a pretty sick unicyclist to feel that you can take your dog along for the ride in icy weather. You also have to trust that your dog has the discipline of a ninja to think that he won’t be intrigued by all the other dogs in the area.
