Guinness Chocolate Cake

I made a Chocolate Stout Cake for my Mom’s Birthday last week. Despite realizing I am not in fact the owner of a bundt pan, as this recipe recommends, it came out rather well. I went with a two layer cake instead and covered it with ganache in the end. Sadly, I don’t have a photo of the finished product because I rushed to ice it at the party and forgot to snap a few final photos.

Here is the next best thing: Fresh from the oven.
