While the show has been available via HBO OnDemand/Bit Torrent all week, the official premiere is Sunday. As someone who came a bit later to the game, I wholeheartedly recommend the show. Season 4 is particularly illuminating right now as our country rounds the corner into an election year. It is a show that demands focus (no checking email, reading a magazine, etc. while you watch) but for your attention you will absolutely be rewarded.
